It is important to point out that the B-Cure Laser not only relieves pain, but it may also treat the source of the problem in many cases.

B-Cure Laser treats acute and long-term pain:  rheumatism in the knees elbow, neck, lower back, upper back, ankles and fingers, orthopedic problems such as osteoarthritis, tennis elbow, muscle pain and sprains.

In the field of dermatology – sores that are hard to cure, including:
diabetic sores, burns, acne, and herpes simplex.

It can take between three days and three weeks to feel a change for the better. It varies from person to person, and depends on the severity of the problem! The majority respond to treatment positively in the first few days, but in some cases, a longer time and more patience is required. Most people start to feel better after the first or the second treatment.

Regarding the dosage: 6–8 minutes on each treatment point, twice a day should suffice to create the desired effect. In the user guide booklet that you will receive with the B-Cure Laser device, there are specific instructions for every type of treatment.

On acute pain, you could stop the treatment and on chronic pain and inflammation, we recommend that you gradually reduce the treatment to once a day, and complete 30 days, in order to maintain the results and to prevent a recurrence of the medical condition.

B-Cure Laser relieves the pain and may help treat the source of the problem itself.

Most of the leading physicians in the field are acquainted with the innovative B-Cure Laser. The technology on which it is based has been in use for over fifty years, in a number of areas of medicine. Leading orthopedic surgeons (i.e. departmental directors), know about B-Cure Laser, and are happy to recommend it. (There are orthopedic surgeons, and/or physiotherapists who are less up-to-date, or who will prefer to treat a patient with just the “traditional” methods they studied – oral or injected medications, physiotherapy, and surgery. They may not see any reason to “outsource” treatment to your “self-treatment” with B-Cure Laser.)

Clinical studies prove the positive impact of low level laser technology in the treatment of pain, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries and wounds.

Over 2,000 publications – including more than 100 double-blind studies – have backed the efficacy of low level laser therapy.

B-Cure Laser’s efficacy for the treatment of pain and wounds has been proven in 5 double blind clinical trials.

5 other clinical trials are in process.

A successful clinical trial* involving 90 patients, has shown that the efficacy of B-Cure Laser was similar to that of pain relief medication.

*Del Vecchio et al., Joint-Related Pain (TMJ), Sapinza University, Rome, Italy.
Treatment with B-Cure Laser is safe for daily use, with no side-effects. It is suitable for all ages, from children up to the elderly, in fact, for the whole family. The treatment is non-invasive, and does not involve pain.

There are no contra-indications with medication, or situations such as high blood pressure, heart problems, pacemakers, setting vertebrae by means of plates, or implants of joints (knee replacements). In the case of severe inflammation, there might be a stronger feeling of the joint, as part of the treatment. This will fade gradually within a few days of treatment. In the case of inflammation, we recommend that treatment begin gradually (See User Guide or specifics).

On the first day, a minute and a half on each location, and then add one minute each day, until you reach the desired protocol of six minutes, twice daily.

Safety precautions:

• Never aim the laser beam at the eyes.

• It is always recommended to consult your doctor.

• If you are pregnant do not use the device to treat the stomach.

• Do not treat an area with a malignant tumor.

B-Cure Laser works with technology, proven in medicine. B-Cure Laser is a Class 2a medical device marked CE 0197, cleared by Health Canada and ANVISA approval, and the LLLT technology itself is FDA cleared (the U.S. Food and Drugs Administration).

As of today, B-Cure Laser is on sale in more than twenty countries.

B-Cure Laser is used by pain clinics, senior physicians in major hospitals and leading physiotherapists in the field.

There are various devices on the market, such as: Tens, ultrasound, magnets, shock-wave, infrared, etc., which are primarily designed to relieve pain. B-Cure Laser on the other hand may also treat the source of the problem.

As of today, there is no other LLLT device on the market, intended for professional home use, with so many case studies proving its high efficacy.

The significance of this difference, directly affects the level of penetration of the laser beam, and the efficacy of the effect that B-Cure Laser produces.

B-Cure Laser is designed to work for many years. It is desirable to replace the three rechargeable batteries (AAA) after about eighteen months.

The diode (the component that provides the laser beam), should work for up to 1000 hours of continues use. The replacement of the diode with a new one will cost around €130.

In the event of breakdown, please contact customer service.

Certainly. You can finish treating your knee, and move to your neck, and then if required, treat a burn on your hand. There is no limit to the number of treatments, and the treatment can be lengthened to a quarter of an hour on one particular spot. We recommend thoroughly treating one spot, and then moving on to the next, but you can certainly treat a number of locations simultaneously.

B-Cure Laser is based on soft laser, which is low power laser. It does not heat or cool, is not invasive, and is completely safe for all ages, and for all members of the family. No protective eye-wear or goggles are required.

The device should usually be charged once every few days, for approximately seven hours, or overnight, depending on the scope of use.

When the B-Cure Laser is completely charged, the letters “FULL” appear on the display. In addition, above the two right-hand digits on the display, a full, black line will appear.

When the battery’s power is low, the black line above the two right-hand digits on the display shortens. Furthermore, the batteries should be replaced once every twelve to eighteen months. It is important to make sure that they are AAA chargeable batteries!

After determining the desired spot for the treatment, the B-Cure Laser should not be moved during the treatment, until you continue to the next treatment spot.

One has to place the device not through clothing, bandage, etc., except on open wounds, which should be treated from a distance of approximately 1cm from the area to be treated, in order to maintain hygiene.
It is important not to press the device too strongly against the skin, as it will stop working. The B-Cure Laser should be placed gently, and still, at a right angle to the direction of the area to be treated.

In case of acute pain, it is recommended that you wait five minutes between each treatment, and to apply treatment as many times as possible. For the treatment of long-term pain, it is recommended to conduct two or three treatments every day, and then more if it suits the patient. There is no such thing as an overdose.

The directive is intended to prevent the increase of pain, in cases where  an inflammation has developed. If, after a one-and-a-half-minute treatment, no increase of pain is felt, it is recommended, for the following treatment, to go up to the full treatment protocol of six minutes, twice a day. If pain is felt, then the length of the treatment should be increased gradually, by approximately one additional minute per day, for each spot to be treated, until the full duration is reached.

For every problem, there are recommended spots for treatment. These spots appear on the treatment map in the booklet. You should also feel free to consult the company’s customer service.

B-Cure Laser should not be used when it is connected to the charger.

B-Cure Laser is safe for use by heart patients, and those with pacemakers.

There is no need to hold any button. You should hold down the left operating button, and, at the same time, press on the main operating button. When you let go of both buttons simultaneously, you set automatic operation of the B-Cure Laser.

There is no reason to prevent you using B-Cure Laser together with anticoagulants.

The device should not be aimed directly at the eyes. Protective goggles are not required.

The warranty covers defective parts and labour. The warranty does not cover the batteries, and the charger. In any event of a fault, please contact customer service.

Course and dosage

Start treatment in 1.5 minute dosage for each treatment point and increase the dosage gradually within 24 hours until you reach 8 min. Treat twice a day, consistently. If you experience increased pain following treatment, stop the treatment for 24 hours then start again with a reduced dosage. You may increase the dosage to 4 treatments a day. In cases of acute pain, trauma or non-chronic aches, you may apply a dosage of 8 minutes from the first treatment.

Treatment recommendations for common conditions

The recommended time for each point of treatment is 8 minutes, 2-4 times a day.

  1. Neck – Treat a) lengthwise, along the vertebra. b) Treat each side of the neck, lengthwise; under the ear lobe, and exactly at the indentation behind the jaw.
  2. Shoulder – Treat the sore shoulder around the shoulder joint as illustrated in the drawing.
  3. Upper back – Treat the sore area along the spine. To the right and the left of the spine.
  4. Tennis elbow – treat along the outer side of the arm and elbow, along the inner side and along the inner fold of the arm.
  5. Lower back – treat lengthwise along the painful vertebrae of the lower back, to the left and the right of the spine. For Ischia – pain radiating to the lower limb – Identify the focal point of the pain by touch and treat it.
  6. Wrist – Treat the sore wrist a) on the inside, along the width of the joint – on the crease. b) On the inside, perpendicular to ‘a’, lengthwise. c) Treat the length of the thumb, along the pad. You can also treat the back of the hand, at the gap between the thumb and the bone of the index finger towards the joint, and from both sides of the joint, lengthwise.
  7. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) – see section 6 here.
  8. Finger joints – Treat every sore finger, a) on the right side of the finger, lengthwise. b) On the left side of the finger, lengthwise. c) Across the dividing line between the finger and the palm.
  9. Hip joint – Treat the sore hip, a) on the joint, lengthwise. b) On the joint, widthwise. c) Follow a straight line from the treated hip towards the knee, and treat that area, widthwise.
  10. Knees – Treat the sore knee a) on the back of the knee along the inner crease. b) On the outer side of the knee, lengthwise. c) On the inner side of the knee, lengthwise. You can also treat the front of the knee, under the kneecap.
  11. Ankle sprain / strain – Treat all 4 sides of the ankle. a) The front of the leg, widthwise, parallel to the floor. b) The right side of the leg, widthwise. c) The left side of the leg, widthwise. d) The back of the leg, widthwise.
  12. Achilles tendon inflammation – Treat a) the top of the heel, lengthwise. b) Above point ‘a’, lengthwise. c) The right side of the ankle, lengthwise. d) The left side of the ankle, lengthwise.
  13. Toe joints – Treat a) widthwise across the bottom of the toes on the toe pads. b) The big toe, lengthwise. c) The small toe.
  14. Wounds and hard to heal wounds – a fresh open wound should be treated over the entire area, 5-6 minutes for each area unit, for an hour if possible, with 5 minute breaks between treatments. Usually the pain will be significantly reduced and upon healing there will be far less scarring. After the first hour’s treatment, continue doses of 6-8 minutes, 2-4 times per day.

Wound treatment

B-Cure Laser Pro in the treatment of diabetic wounds and hard to heal wounds is in addition to the standard treatment and does not replace it. Place the device, for 8 minutes, on one area unit, and then, set it again for 8 minutes and treat the adjacent area unit. Make sure, to perfectly cover the margins of the wound measuring 3 millimeter on each side.

In order to ease the holding of the device and improve posture, it is recommended that the B-CURE stand should be used.

Clarisse Agbegnenou – Women Judo, World Champion
(2014, 2017, 2018, 2019)

I can definitely say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I used the device two-three times a day and within a few days the pain decreased significantly. From not being able to move my arm, I quickly managed to make movements and return to training. B-Cure Laser helped me return to routine faster than the “usual recovery” applying my standard care treatments. surprising even my doctors. I started training again very quickly.

Tacconi Stefano – Football, Former Juventus Goalkeeper (1983-1992)

A few months ago I heard about a device called B-Cure Laser ... What convinced me the most was that the device was tested here in Italy and proved to be effective in a clinical trial. No side effects, short treatment time, and I could treat myself anywhere, at any time, at home and even while traveling.
I began to treat myself with B-Cure Laser and used it for the pains I had on both my legs and back. After several days of treatments at home I began to feel better - the pain decreased significantly and my mobility distinctly improved. I'm thrilled to recommend it to everyone...

Nekoda Davis – Double World Medalist (2017, 2018)

This device is amazing, helps me with my pain instantly. It is so quick and easy to use! Approved by my surgeon and physio so I have no worries. I hope to recover quicker due to this device. A massive thank you to B-Cure Laser for trusting me with your devices to try out. (They came all the way from Israel and personally handed to me) Also a big thank you to Yarden Gerbi who introduced me to the wonders of this device and the lovely people from the company.

Almog Buzaglo – Football, Hapoel Haifa (2018)

Nine months ago I was diagnosed with two ruptured ligaments in the knee… I started physiotherapy, drugs and exercises. I started to feel a bit better, but still not good enough... Two months ago at the Wingate clinic, the physiotherapist recommended B-Cure laser to me. She said that from her experience with other athletes, it could help my recovery. I started to treat with this device at home and within a few days began to feel a significant improvement and today I returned to my team and started playing again. I cannot describe in words the feeling that my knees no longer hurt...

Brenda F. – Australia

Using the B-Cure Laser on all the various areas of pain for 10 minutes for 2 or 3 times makes a huge difference and the pain immediately lessens significantly...
